Our team will respond to submitted properties via email within 24 hours.

If your property meets our buying criteria, you will receive an email from info@edwardwinvestments.com with a purchase and sale agreement.

Step 5

After the purchase and sale agreement is signed by the seller, we will move forward with a physical property inspection (if necessary).

Step 6

Our fulfillment team will order title, insurance and reach out to you for additional info we will need for the closing.
